Starting today, ConnectKentucky will be conducting a technology study for the Breathitt, Estill, Lee, and Powell Regional Technology Authority (RTA). This pilot study will focus on how people in the four Kentucky counties access and use the Internet.

Over the next three weeks, ConnectKentucky, with assistance from the RTA, will be conducting on-the-ground, phone and Internet surveys with residents of Breathitt, Estill, Lee and Powell Counties as part of the work of the ConnectBELP broadband project.
